You DON'T need a box and equipment to be able to crossfit. All this WODs are 100% possible to do in a park, enjoying nature but still giving your max. If you are the kind of person that doesn't pay 250 bucks per month for a box, and prefer doing exercises in parks or in the comfort of home then this is for you! Springtime
A) 6 rounds as quick as possible: Run 100 mts Rest 8 seconds
b) 4 rounds for time: Run 100 mts 20 push ups 20 sit ups 20 mountain climbers
