You DON'T need a box and equipment to be able to crossfit. All this WODs are 100% possible to do in a park, enjoying nature but still giving your max. If you are the kind of person that doesn't pay 250 bucks per month for a box, and prefer doing exercises in parks or in the comfort of home then this is for you! Please leave me comments so I can improve. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED!
