You DON'T need a box and equipment to be able to crossfit. All this WODs are 100% possible to do in a park, enjoying nature but still giving your max. If you are the kind of person that doesn't pay 250 bucks per month for a box, and prefer doing exercises in parks or in the comfort of home then this is for you! ... and so on
walkouts go up in 2s, pushups in 4, running in 100m
