For 2 people, each one does half repetitions. So each runs 200m and carries their partner 25m. in wheelbarrow then 50 xfit sit-ups each and this way you complete the whole WOD. Have fun!

400m run
- 50m wheelbarrow carry
100 xfit sit-ups
- 50m wheelbarrow carry
50 hand release push ups
- 50m wheelbarrow carry
30 bastard burpees
- 50m wheelbarrow carry
100 squats
